what happens next?

  • We’ll schedule a time for you to speak with a member of our team to discuss your event goals and service needs and identify the Wile Events services that would provide the most value and support to you.

    We’ll send a detailed proposal outlining our services and rates to reserve our studio on your event date. Once accepted we’ll send a formal agreement for your review and signature, as well as an invoice for your retainer payment.

  • Once a signed agreement and retainer payment is received, we’ll schedule a time to meet for a deep dive - either virtually or in-person. We’ll discuss the main goals and objectives for your event, assess and organize your current planning progress, establish the overall budget and timeline and flag any top level priorities.

  • Once we have a game plan we’ll get to work identifying the perfect vendor team to meet your event needs. Like assembling a jigsaw puzzle, we take into careful consideration your priorities, design objectives, event goals and investment level and match you with a team of professionals who will effectively execute. Working with our database of event virtuosos or researching new ones, we’ll confirm availability, present quotes and review all contracts before you sign on each dotted line.

  • This collaborative process starts with a deep dive into any initial style inspiration, vision, theme, color palettes you may have pinned, clipped or snapped. Incorporating these elements into what we’ve learned about you in our exploratory phase, we’ll develop your custom design concept and present to you at our mid-term design meeting. This detailed presentation will include color palettes, supporting imagery, floor plans, and mockups of all of your event design elements that fit both your style and budget. We’ll finely tune this concept, taking into consideration any and all feedback, until it’s just perfect.

  • Sourcing, designing, creating, commissioning, fabricating, printing – whatever needs to be fulfilled by our in-house studio or by our preferred vendors will be carried out with skill and timeliness. We’ll provide samples and mockups whenever necessary to ensure the final product meets your expectations, and our standards.

  • It all starts with a meticulous run-of-show timeline - developed by coordinating with all vendors and the venue and taking great care to consider our client’s event goals and priorities for their guest’s experience. We’ll communicate the final timeline to all, and create additional visual aids useful for set up, including floor plans, virtual layouts, and schematics to streamline the day of installation. We’ll be sure each and every vendor has their marching orders, ensure the event is running on schedule and troubleshoot any need that may arise. We’ll make sure every boutonniere is perfectly pinned, every bridesmaid fashion-taped and bride bustled in time for her first dance.
